Shopper. To be eligible, entries must be completed and received by the end of a
specific event where registrations are being accepted, or filed online as long
as application page is posted. Incomplete entries will be disqualified. All
entries shall become the property of Fort Penn Construction, LLC. Fort Penn
Construction, LLC is not responsible for lost, misdirected or delayed entries.
Entries received by telephone, fax, courier or personal delivery will not be
accepted.
CONTEST RULES:
1. You must be 18 years of age or
older to participate and a resident of the United States (except Puerto Rico),
living within a 50 mile radius of Whitehouse, Ohio.
Identification must be produced
on request. Employees of Fort Penn Construction LLC., advertising and
promotional agencies and their respective affiliates and associates and such
employees' immediate family members and persons with whom such employees are
domiciled are excluded from this contest.
2. The prize is not redeemable in
cash and must be accepted as awarded. Prizes cannot be transferred by winner.
3. Decisions of the contest judges
are final - no substitutions will be available.
4. By claiming the prize, the
winner authorizes the use, without additional compensation of his or her name
and/or likeness and/or voice/photograph and municipality of residence for
promotion and/or advertising purposes in any manner and in any medium (including
without limitation, radio broadcasts, newspapers and other publications and in
television or film releases, slides, videotape, distribution over the internet
and picture data storage) which Fort Penn Construction LCC may deem appropriate.
5. In accepting the prize, the
winner acknowledges that Fort Penn Construction LLC may not be held liable for
any loss, damages or injury associated with accepting this prize.
6. Winners must sign a release form
as prepared and accepted by Fort Penn Construction LLC acknowledging their
acceptance and understanding of the complete contest rules.
7. Fort Penn Construction LLC
retains the rights, in its absolute and sole discretion, to make substitutions
of equivalent kind or approximate value in the event of the unavailability of
any prize or component of the prize for any reason whatsoever.
8. Fort Penn Construction LLC
reserves the right to withdraw, modify or terminate this contest at any time
without prior notice.
9. This contest is for pressure
washing a driveway with high pressure water (3000 p.s.i. or greater) approximate
value of $392.00. The awarded prize is good for any concrete or asphalt driveway
1000 sq. ft. of less, based on a price of $.39 per square foot plus fuel charge.
Any winner with a driveway more than 1000 sq. ft. has the option of
paying for any extra footage if desired.
10. One entry per person, per
contest. Odds of winning will be determined by the total number of entrants.
11. Winners from event drawings will
be drawn randomly when said event is concluded, and all entries are inspected
for completeness. Uptown Shopper entries will have five winners drawn from the
first five entries received from each delivery region.
12. All non-winning entries will be
saved for possible future drawings separate from other event drawings that may
occur (unless otherwise specified).
