Looking at an enclosed or prefabricated chimney? A good indication of trouble is a little rust. This customer did not even notice the rust around the top of their chimney but a standard inspection by a professional revealed a very common problem. |

Their galvanized chase pan had rusted through resulting in severe water damage to more than half of the structure. Our crews rebuilt the chimney replacing all damaged material and added a new stainless steel weather resistant chase pan to prevent this from happening again. |
